If you’ve read this blog on an even somewhat regular basis, you would see that I write about food, a lot. So I’ve been wanting to start posting recipes and food/ restaurant related stuff but didn’t want to include it in the main part of my blog. So, oh, hey I finally got around to setting up the Cookin’ in Brooklyn page. I think that this is actually already the name of a cooking show on PBS but shhhhhh, don’t tell them I’m using it. Trust me, they will never know.
Now, if you are looking for some precisely measured instructions, don’t bother looking here. I’ll post measurements when I know them but a lot of what we cook in this house involves handfuls of ingredients and adding things to taste. Bon Apetite!
